CBSPD Recert Packets
The set of recert packets are for members that are due for recertification in the year indicated below. In order to print a readable copy of these packets, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 or higher. Don't forget, to save time with your journal in-services, use the Ongoing CEU Record sheet, in place of certificates. Check out our In-service Resources page.
To print out a recertification packet, please click on the down arrow going into the tray. A new window will load with the recertification packet. Go to the new window, which will be an Adobe Acrobat file and either print or save the file. If you have a pop-up blocker, you will need to disable it, so you can access the packet.
